Terms & Conditions

  1. Service Call & Diagnostic Fee
    A trip and diagnostic fee is required to evaluate the appliance and determine the cause of the issue. This fee covers travel, inspection, and professional diagnosis of the appliance.
  2. Repair Authorization
    Repairs will only be performed after approval of the estimated repair cost. The technician will explain the repair and obtain authorization before any work is completed.
  3. Parts & Materials
    Replacement parts and materials required for repair will be billed separately unless otherwise noted. Parts pricing includes sourcing, handling, and installation.
  4. Warranty
    Parts installed by Essex County Appliance Repair include applicable manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty applies only to the specific component replaced and does not cover unrelated appliance failures, misuse, or installation conditions.
  5. Appliance Condition
    Due to the age and condition of appliances, additional components may fail at a later time. Repairs performed address only the diagnosed issue unless additional repairs are authorized.
  6. Installation & Environmental Conditions
    Appliance performance may be affected by external conditions including electrical supply, plumbing, venting, installation quality, or user operation. Essex County Appliance Repair is not responsible for issues caused by these conditions.
  7. Payment
    Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, or electronic payment.
  8. Technician Verification
    Appliances are tested after repair and confirmed operational at the time of service unless otherwise noted.
